According to our recent market research involving 71 participants, locating a hairdresser who truly understands specific hair types and needs is a significant challenge for the majority of clients.

Our findings show that 69.1% of respondents find it often or always difficult to find a suitable hairdresser. Specifically, 42.3% reported it as "often difficult" and 26.8% stated it is "always difficult." In contrast, only 14.1% find the process very easy.

When choosing a stylist, the most important criterion isn't price or social media fame—it's understanding of hair type. Out of 71 respondents, 39 cited hair type understanding as their top priority, far outweighing Price (12 respondents) and Reviews/Recommendations (11 respondents).
